3rd Grade Overnight

Welcome to the 3rd Grade Overnight Registration form for Camp Colman on April 25th-26th, 2016

Registration will be open March 3rd and will close March 18th, 2016.   Cost per participant is $85.00.  Full or partial scholarships available upon request and financial assistance can be requested when completing the registration form.

Please note that, although open to all 3rd grade students, the 3rd Grade Overnight is not a requirement for all 3rd grade students.  For planning purposes, we ask that you notify your teacher as soon as possible if your child will not be going on the trip.  There will be an alternate learning plan at school for all 3rd graders that do not attend camp.

 

Timeline

Friday, March  18th Registration information and payment due

·      Parent Permission slip

·      Medication Authorization (if applicable)

·      Food Allergy Information (if applicable)

Camp Colman online waiver due

Requests to be a chaperone due to teacher

Monday, April 25th Students and chaperones arrive at school with disposable sack lunch (nut- free), luggage and medication. (8:30 am)

Leave for camp from Lakeridge (9:00 am)

Tuesday, April 26th Return from camp and parent pick-up at Lakeridge (approx 3:00 pm). Note that all parents must pick up their children (or arrange for pickup) since children will not be eligible to go home on their regular after school bus service with their luggage. If your student will be picked up by someone other than you, please let your teacher know.
Wednesday, April 27th Normal school resumes
